Our History

It is with great honour  to reflect on the journey and progress of Mazeras Vocational Training Centre. Established in 1971 under the visionary leadership of Eugene McLendon, the institution began with just two departments and six students. Over the years it has undergone remarkable transformations evolving from Village Polythecnic into fully-fledged Vocational Training Centre.

Today Mazeras Vocational Training Centre boasts a vibrant community of 480 students and eight active departments. Through the support of Government grants, bursaries and partnerships with various NGOs, we have achieved significant milestones including the successful training of 900 youths in the past three years. These initiatives have been instrumental in promoting students sustainability and enhancing our training capability. With our Ict laboratory, we equip our learners with 21st-century skills and we remain committed to our mission of providing quality Vocational Training.

May we work together To advance the vission of Mazeras Vocational Training Centre
